Order was exactly what I wanted. The pictures on the custom paddle and cover I ordered were excellent.
I have noticed my ball strikes has improved especially with my cut slice. The APL Custom site was very easy to navigate & your color range allowed me to match the shades of Blue & Maroon perfectly.
My custom paddle is awesome. The only issue I experienced was the packaging was not great and my paddle came with some scratches on the image. Not noticeable unless you stare really hard or touch the paddle.

First and most important, I'm really enjoying my paddle and it looks great. So why the 4? USPS took 2.5 weeks to deliver the paddle from Illinois to NJ. Tracking the package illogically traverse the country was comical.I recommend APL but hopefully with UPS option next time.
For me it's about having fun and style! this paddle covers both and plays pretty well. not a $300 one, but to me, just as good. get one with your own logo/pic.

This paddle looks great. It has a nice pop to it. If you like a light paddle this will do just fine. I added weight to mine to open up the sweet spot and give a little more drive into my serves.
