1. Returns

We accept returns of unused, undamaged merchandise in its original packaging within 100 days of the delivery date. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@aplpros.com to request a return authorization (RA) number. Returns made without an RA number may not be accepted.

2. Return Process

To return an item, please follow these steps:

  • Contact us to request a return authorization (RA) number.
  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging, along with any accessories or documentation included with the product.
  • Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
  • Ship the package to the address provided with your RA number.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 2-3 business days. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used for the purchase. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

4. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired item.

5. Damaged or Defective Items
