Welcome to American Pickleball League ("APL", "we", "us" or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website aplpros.com (the "Site") and any products or services you buy through it.

By accessing or using the Site, or by placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

2. Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use the Site in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation, interferes with the Site's operation, or attempts to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

By placing an order, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account.

4. Products and Orders

• We make every effort to display our products, colors and designs accurately. Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen and the printing process.
• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that contain incorrect pricing or product information, or that we suspect are fraudulent.
• Paddle levels, specifications and ratings shown on the Site are provided for guidance and may be updated over time.

5. Custom and Personalized Products

Custom and personalized paddles, covers and other items are made to order using the photos, logos, text and other content you provide ("Your Content").

• We print exactly what you see. Please review your spelling, photos, colors and layout in the preview before placing your order. We are not responsible for errors in content you submit.
• You own or have permission to use Your Content. By uploading content, you confirm that you own it or have the rights to use it, and that it does not infringe anyone else's copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights.
• License to print. You give us permission to use Your Content to produce, ship and support your order.
• Content we won't print. We may refuse or cancel any order with content that is unlawful, infringing, hateful, obscene or otherwise inappropriate, and we will refund any payment for a cancelled order.
• Because custom items are made just for you, they can't be returned for a change of mind. See our Warranty page for how damaged or defective custom items are handled.

6. Pricing, Promotions and Payment

• Prices are shown in US dollars and are subject to change without notice.
• Payment for all orders must be made in full at the time of purchase.
• Free gifts, free shipping, sales and discount codes are subject to the terms shown at the time of the offer, are available while supplies last, and may be changed or ended at any time.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days, unless otherwise specified. Delivery estimates are provided at checkout, but we cannot guarantee delivery times. You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. For full details, please see our Shipping Policy.

8. Returns, Refunds and Our Guarantee

Our paddles are backed by our 100-Day Money-Back Guarantee. Returns and refunds are handled under our Return & Refund Policy, and guarantee and defect claims under our Warranty page. Please review these before making a purchase.

9. Programs

Participation in our Signature Paddle, Ambassador, Affiliate, Retail and bulk/corporate programs may be subject to additional terms that we provide when you apply or join. If those terms conflict with these Terms, the program terms will apply to that program.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, images, paddle designs, graphics, logos and trademarks, is the property of American Pickleball League or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce or distribute any content from the Site without our prior written consent.

11. Reviews and Submissions

If you submit reviews, photos, comments or other content to us, you give us permission to use, display and share that content in connection with our business, including on the Site and on social media. You are responsible for making sure your submissions are accurate and lawful.

12. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may link to or use third-party websites and services, such as payment processors, shipping carriers and apps. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of third parties.

13. Disclaimer

Except as expressly stated in our Warranty and Return & Refund Policy, the Site and our products are provided "as is" and "as available," to the fullest extent permitted by law.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or any products or services purchased through the Site. Our total liability for any claim related to a product will not exceed the amount you paid for that product.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless American Pickleball League and its officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs or expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site, Your Content, or any breach of these Terms.

16. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use and share your personal information.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
