American Pickleball League – Retail Partner Program

Join American Pickleball League (APL) as an authorized retail partner and offer high-performance pickleball paddles designed for competitive and everyday players.

Eligibility

Retail partners must apply and be approved by APL. Once accepted, partners receive access to wholesale ordering with an approved payment method on file.

Wholesale Access

APL maintains wholesale pricing model across all authorized partners. Full pricing details are shared after approval.

Approved Sales Channels

APL products may be sold in physical retail locations and on retailer-owned websites. Selling on third-party marketplaces or resale platforms requires written approval from APL.

Promotional Flexibility

To maintain brand value, promotional pricing is limited to:


  • Up to 15% below MSRP at launch

  • Up to 25% below MSRP after 3 months

  • Up to 30% below MSRP after 6 months

Product Condition & Coverage

Warranty coverage applies only to new, unused paddles. Demo or used paddles must be clearly identified and are not eligible for warranty claims.

Customer Experience

Retail partners manage customer service, returns, and exchanges for all direct sales. APL supports verified manufacturer warranty claims when proper documentation is provided.

Fulfillment & Shipping

Shipping costs and responsibility transfer to the retailer once orders leave APL’s facility.

Program Guidelines

Wholesale pricing is confidential and may not be shared. Retail partnerships are non-transferable. APL reserves the right to update or discontinue the program at its discretion.
