Welcome to American Pickleball League (“APL,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing our website or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.

1. General Conditions

By using this site, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you have given consent for any minor dependents to use this site.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. Products & Custom Orders

American Pickleball League offers both standard and custom-made products, including but not limited to custom pickleball paddles.

All custom orders are produced based on customer-submitted designs and specifications. Due to the personalized nature of custom products, all custom sales are final once production has begun.

3. User-Submitted Content & Intellectual Property

3.1 Ownership & Rights Representation

By uploading, submitting, or otherwise providing any images, logos, artwork, text, or designs (“User Content”), you represent and warrant that:

  You own all rights to the User Content or

  You have obtained all necessary permissions, licenses, and consents required to use, reproduce, and distribute the User Content.
  

3.2 No Intellectual Property Review

American Pickleball League does not review, monitor, or verify customer-submitted content for trademark, copyright, or other intellectual property compliance.

You acknowledge that APL is not responsible for determining whether User Content infringes on the rights of any third party.

3.3 Customer Responsibility

You assume full responsibility for any legal consequences arising from the use of your submitted designs, including but not limited to claims related to:

  Copyright infringement

  Trademark infringement
  
• 
  Right of publicity or likeness
  
• 
  Licensing violations
  

3.4 Indemnification (IMPORTANT)

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless American Pickleball League, its owners, officers, employees, affiliates, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of or related to:

  Your submitted content

  Your violation of intellectual property rights
  
• 
  Any breach of these Terms
  

3.5 Right to Refuse or Cancel Orders

American Pickleball League reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse, cancel, or remove any order or content that is suspected of violating intellectual property laws or these Terms.

Orders canceled for intellectual property concerns are not eligible for refunds, even if production has not yet begun.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time without notice.

Payment must be received in full before production or shipment.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated production and shipping times are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed. APL is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

6. Returns & Refunds

Custom products are non-refundable and non-returnable once production has begun.

Standard (non-custom) products may be eligible for returns in accordance with our Return Policy.

7. Accuracy of Information

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate; however, we do not guarantee that all information on this site is error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, American Pickleball League shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State in which American Pickleball League operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting to the website.
